The Art of Grilling is a beginner’s guide to grilling written by Joe Lazarra, owner of Joe’s Butcher Shop.
I designed this grilling guide in the middle of a total brand overhaul for Joe’s. Not only does The Art of Grilling serve as a fun incentive for new customers that visit Joe’s and sign up for the monthly newsletter, but it also acted as a sort of supplemental brand guide that helped to inform and guide Joe’s Butcher Shop’s rebrand that was happening at the time of this books creation.
